1 // Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be:
Items sent back without being registered through the Return Portal will not be accepted.

3 // Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items can be cancelled or modified up to 2 working days before the scheduled shipping date by contacting shopus@grivel.com. Requests received within the 2 working day window cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be in preparation for dispatch.
For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, partial refunds will be processed according to the terms of this policy.
4 // How to Return
To return an item:
| // | Register your return through our Return Portal. Enter your order number and email address, select the items you would like to return and the reason for return. |
| // | You will immediately receive a prepaid shipping label generated by Loop. |
| 3 // | Attach the label securely to your package. Make sure it is the only visible label, and remove or cover all other tags or barcodes. |
| 4 // | The return will automatically be sent to our logistics partner for processing. |
Return Portal
All returns must be registered through the Return Portal. Items sent back without registration will not be accepted.
5 // Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
6 // Exchanges
Exchanges are not available. If you need a different item, please return the original product through our Return Portal for a refund and place a new order for the new item.
7 // Refunds
Once your return has been delivered, our logistics partner will proceed with a quality check to confirm it complies with our Return Policy (condition, packaging, tags).
If your returned product does not comply with the above conditions (for example, worn, missing or damaged tags, deteriorated packaging), Grivel will not issue a refund. Our support team will contact you and offer the option to have the product shipped back to you at your own cost.
If your product complies with the above conditions, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
